Shown installed for group exhibition at Backspace Collective, Peoria, IL. To attach the fabric to the plywood frame, I used spherical pink plastic pushpins. Raw edges are visible, as is the raw wood of the frame. The piece is placed such that viewers are encouraged to walk behind it. A red curtain creates a warm backdrop, and the curve of the shelf next to the piece creates a sympathetic shape.
